If you already have artwork, you can send it right over to us: we prefer to receive artwork in the following formats: adobe illustrator (), encapsulated post script (), portable document format ().
Don’t have artwork yet? No problem! Our designers can take your ideas and put together some great designs for you to look over. Or you can visit our design studio to create your own one of a kind designs.
Our prices will be based on these factors; the type of garment, the total number of pieces you’d like decorated, and the final design. We’ll work within your budget to help you put together a great product, and we’ll make sure you approve the final design & the final price before we go forward with your order. We want our customers to be totally satisfied with the finished product, so we make sure there are no surprises, anywhere in the process.
Turn around time
Have a hard deadline that you need to meet? No problem! Please let us know as soon as possible when you’ll need to have the finished items in hands. Our standard turn around time is 10 working days, but we can almost always accommodate a rush order. We pride ourselves on meeting our deadlines- we never leave our clients high and dry.
Print, Pay, and Ship
After you’ve approved the pricing and the artwork for your custom printed t-shirts, we’ll go to print with your order. We ask for a 50% deposit before we get started. We accept cash, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards. After we print your order, we will update your invoice to include shipping costs, send you the final invoice, collect the balance, and ship your order.
All orders will be bulk packaged. Unless stated otherwise, apparel orders are typically folded by the dozen and separated by size. Please check in your order and notify us of any problems within 72 hours. If it is determined that there were errors in the printing process or the order differs from what was approved, we will replace all flawed or defective merchandise within 10 business days. Any unacceptable items will need to be returned to us.
All items should be washed before wearing. Manufacturers’ care specifications are generally included on all items, but links to specific manufacturers websites can be emailed if needed. For best results, we recommend washing all items in cold water and line dried or dried on the lowest setting your machine allows.
We love to show off our custom prints- we post photos of our work to our website and to our social media sites. If you would prefer we not publish photos of your items, please let us know.

Downtown Custom Printwear uses Excalibur Inks. These colors are available at no extra charge. If you need a color not listed here, custom Pantone colors are also available. (Additional Charges May Apply)
